PMA was one of only 24 AMC's in the world to receive dual accreditation by ASAE and AMCI, adhering to the highest association management company standards. The ASAE program was discontinued in 2010.

Leadership Support & Executive Management


PMA will support your Board, committees, and members with the utmost respect and highest level of customer service.

Elected leaders bring the content and professional or industry expertise; PMA provides the association management experience, knowledge of best practices, and tactical support to:

  • Partner with the leadership to plan and formulate policies and programs to further the mission and objectives of the association
  • Consult with the Board of Directors and Executive Committee on important factors influencing the condition and operations of the association
  • Assure the necessary staff support to committee chairs and committees to enable them to perform their roles and functions
  • Assist volunteer leadership in identifying future leaders of the association
  • Assign resources to implement programs, projects, and policies identified by the leadership
  • Keep abreast of trends, regulations, legislation, and tax issues affecting the association and its members, and ensure the association's compliance
  • Research and present ideas for new programs and services or changes in existing services to committees and leadership
  • Maintain effective relationships with other organizations to enhance the position of the association and its members in accordance with the mission and objectives of the association
